BACI and CEMBUREAU present their current position on key priorities with a view to the trilogues on the revision of the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) and the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM), following an initial reading of the texts developed from the three institutions. We also present an update on CBAM and indirect emissions, as well as a statement by energy-intensive industries on the trilogies on the Fit for 55 package.
